At MerryCast, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You may also be asked to provide your order number and proof of purchase.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including products that have been heavily used, intentionally damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
